Happy 2nd Birthday Elsie!

My beautiful baby girl turned two today. My Mum made a yummy heart shaped cake for her and my husbands parents came all the way from Chilliwack to celebrate with us. Her Grandma bought her a tea set and we spent a good part of the day pouring imaginary cups of tea and eating fake toast, two is such a fun age and it's only the beginning.

She loved when we sang Happy Birthday to her and blowing out the candles couldn't have been more exciting. It took her a handful of tries with a laughing fit in the middle when one candle decided to relight, it was a riot!

What a truly wonderful day.
